S-Patch Ex is a wearable ECG monitoring solution built on a Samsung semiconductor chip, which collects the ECG signal and automatically transfers ECG data to Cloud platform for AI-assisted analysis and interpretation. To minimize patients’ discomfort while performing long-term continuous ECG test, S-Patch is designed as ultra-lightweight wearable patch type with 8.5g which can be worn with high level of comfortability during daily lives.

Through using mobile app, patients can check their live ECG and test status. Patients can also easily record their symptoms when they feel abnormal symptoms such as heart palpitations during the test.

Physicians can receive faster operational support and more accurate diagnostic assistance through cloud-based ECG data analysis. With secured access for physicians, they can access to the web portal at any time, at anywhere to edit and diagnose patient’s ECG data.

The solution includes four main components:

• S-Patch EX:
  a wearable device that includes a Samsung semiconductor / bio-processor to collect ECG data with Bluetooth capabilities
• S-Patch EX App:
  smartphone / smart watch app that receives and catalogues ECG signals from the S-Patch wearable as well as patient-reported symptoms and notes, which are all transmitted securely to the Wellysis cloud
• Cloud Platform:
  cloud-based server that leverages a deep learning algorithm to analyze data collected from the S-Patch wearable and is transferred to the cloud the Gateway app
• S-Patch Dashboard:
  web-based portal that leverages AI-assisted analysis and interpretation to enable electrophysiologists to securely access and quickly analyze and view reports of patient ECG data
